Web Dashboard

Accessing the dashboard

Sign in at doscribe.io to access the web dashboard. After signing in, you are directed to the main Dashboard page. The top navigation bar provides access to all sections.

Navigation

The web dashboard has four main sections accessible from the top navigation:

• Dashboard -- Overview of your account with usage statistics and application downloads.
• Account -- Profile management and password changes.
• Billing -- Subscription plans, feature comparisons, and payment management.
• Admin -- Only visible to users with administrator privileges.

Dashboard page

The main Dashboard page displays:

Plan information

Your current subscription tier is shown as a badge at the top of the page.

Monthly usage

A usage summary showing how many transcription minutes you have used this month, how many remain, and a progress bar visualizing your usage against your plan limit. The number of transcriptions processed this period is also displayed.

Recent transcriptions

A table listing your most recent transcription activities (up to 20 entries), showing the file name, minutes used, and the date each transcription was processed.

Download section

Download links for the latest version of the ScribeScoop desktop application. Three options are available for Windows:

• Windows Installer (.exe)
• Portable version (.exe)
• MSI Package (.msi)

Account page

The Account page allows you to manage your profile and security settings. See Account & Settings for full details on profile management and password changes.

Billing page

The Billing page shows all available subscription tiers with feature comparisons and pricing. See Billing & Plans for details on plans, usage tracking, and subscription management.

Theme

The web dashboard supports both dark and light mode. Click the theme toggle in the top navigation to switch between modes. Your preference is saved in your browser and applied automatically on future visits.
