Results Viewer
The Results Viewer provides tools for reading, searching, exporting, and printing your transcripts and summaries.
Opening results
The Results tab appears in the sidebar after you process a recording or select a previously processed recording. It displays the file name in the header and provides two sub-tabs:
- Summary -- Shows the generated summary with formatting such as headings, bullet points, numbered lists, and bold text.
- Transcript -- Shows the full verbatim transcript as plain text.
Click on either tab to switch between the summary and transcript views.
Toolbar
A toolbar appears at the top of the results view with several tools for working with your content.
Font size controls
Adjust the text size of the displayed results using the font size controls on the left side of the toolbar:
- Minus button -- Decreases the font size. The minimum size is 12 pixels.
- Size display -- Shows the current font size. Click on it to reset to the default size of 14 pixels.
- Plus button -- Increases the font size. The maximum size is 24 pixels.
Copy
Click the Copy button to copy the entire content of the currently visible tab (summary or transcript) to your clipboard. A brief "Copied!" confirmation appears when the text has been copied successfully.
Download
Click the Download button to save the content as a Markdown file. The file is named based on the original recording file name with a "_summary" suffix and a .md extension. The file is saved to your browser's default download location.
Click the Print button to open the system print dialog with a formatted version of the content. The print output is styled for readability on paper with appropriate fonts and spacing.
